So, I've renamed this blog to be a bit more generic and am going to start using it as a general training blog. I found that logging what I am doing helped me to keep track and focus on goals. That and a few people asked me if I was going to start blogging again for the next endeavor.
That brings up a good point, what is the next endeavor? Well... I've been focusing on my knee getting better that I haven't planned much so stay tuned. There will be mountains I promise...
